SH 系列正构烷烃吸附分离专用 5A 分子筛

5A 分子筛吸附分离目前是一种工业应用于分离正构烷烃的经济且有效的方法。5A 分子筛微孔道的平均孔径为 51 nm,正构烷烃分子的直径约为 49 nm,可以进入分子筛微孔道内,而非正构烃的分子直径要大,不能被分子筛吸附。5A 分子筛孔道的孔径均一,分离效率很高。

双湖化工研发生产的 5A 分子筛吸附剂适用于分离 C4-C14 烃类的正构烷烃吸附分离。目前已开发出用于分离煤油组分、分离混合正异构 C4、分离宽馏分石脑油的系列产品。

Now it’s an economical and effective method to use 5A molecular sieves  for normal alkane adsorption separation in industry. The average pore diameter of 5A molecular sieve micro channel is 51 nm, the diameter of normal alkane is about 49 nm, which can enter the micro channel of the molecular sieve. While the molecular diameter of the isoalkane is larger than that of the molecular sieve. The separation efficiency of 5A molecular sieves is very high, which is due to the uniform pore diameter.

The product of SH is suitable for the separation of C4-C14 hydrocarbons from normal alkane. So far our company has develop a series of products for the separation of kerosene components, mixed C4 alkanes and wide-boiling fraction from naphtha.
